Oxford Exchange is dedicated to your satisfaction; if you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain curated collections and perishable goods may be final sale.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping container, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
